A little about me

Hello I have recently moved to St. Ives from the Isles of Scilly and I am currently looking for work. I have a great passion for food especially seafood and believe in locally sourced fresh produce. I have been a chef for over twenty years and feel I have a wide knowledge of the catering industry. I am easy to get along with, and adapt well to different kitchen environments.
