Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Heston and his research team on ground breaking projects in Provence, France.

The role will focus on practical and theoretical research around food related subjects, covering the physical, chemical, biological and psychological sciences.
You will need to be proactive and have a strong drive to succeed. A degree (or equivalent technical experience) in a scientific field is essential.


We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

English proficient.
Knowledge of a range of sciences and their applications to food
Critical thinking
Data collection and analysis
Ability to maintain high quality and standards
Strong organisational skills to manage multi projects
Enthusiastic work ethic with integrity
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with regards to health, safety and hygiene

Design and perform experiments to explore research areas
Rigorously record procedures and results
Clearly report findings weekly to all group members
Contribute to project development
Develop relationships with external research and development partners
Produce internal blog to generate interest across the group
