On confirmation of the client's identity, the nature of its business and the use of the paid services and/or enhancements assumes that you have been registered and you have accepted the terms and subscription of Chef Site ltd. You can use and acquire a subscription/enhancements by the payment methods proposed by this site
The prices and the terms of payment for the different paid services/ enhancements are displayed at all times on ChefSite.com, including at the point when the client chooses to make their purchase.

The recruiter will provide all sufficient and relevant details about vacancy to prospective applicants, including without limitation;

• the nature of the role, the type of work to be performed;
• the commencement date, the likely duration, the hours of work;
• the location;
• the remuneration, the intervals of payment and benefits and the notice periods required to be given ;
• any qualifications and/or authorisations required by law or any or by any relevant professional body;
 Minimum experience, training and/or qualifications required in order for an applicant to receive such rate of pay;
 Where the Client is an employment and or recruitment agency or employment business (as defined in the Employment Agencies Act 1973) it must state in which capacity it is acting in relation to the vacancy in the listing.

The activation of a subscription/enhancement on a client’s account occurs as soon as reasonably possible after validation / screening of posting , or a few moments after a valid transaction has been completed,- ( a successful online transaction). You can contact Chef Site ltd at any time to cancel your subscription. The cancellation will take effect from the expiry date given for the active purchase/s (adverts banners, subscriptions enhancements etc.) unless you state otherwise

  


By listing content on ChefSite sites, you agree to pay the related payment methods proposed by this site and to assume full responsibility for the content of the listing and or services and to accept the following listing conditions:

 When you list and submit any content on ChefSite  your listing will be active on ChefSite and can be viewed in your account (M-cv)(C-cv)
 Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances), so ChefSite cannot guarantee exact listing durations.
 Where your listing appears in search and browse results may be based on certain factors including, but not limited to, listing area, title, A-Z Z-A , keywords, job, feedback, sponsored listing

You also agree

By submitting a vacancy, you are authorising ChefSite to post such vacancy content on its Website and submit candidates in accordance with the client's criteria (if any) and additionally the clients appropriate fees paid to see the applications contact information.
Your vacancy responses will be forwarded into your chefsite account (subject to if any filtering) ChefSite does not guarantee that the client will receive any responses to its displayed job vacancies.

The client is responsible for verifying the applicant's identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications (and/or authorisations required by law or by any relevant professional body in respect of the vacancy on submission) required by the client in the applicants and relief content responses from the

ChefSite.com M-cv profiling. ChefSite ltd accepts no responsibility without limitation whatsoever therewith.

All and any subsequent dealings between the client and any applicant and in connection with the applicant's response to the vacancy are the responsibility of the client. The clients accept ChefSite has no liability whatsoever therewith. The client will indemnify Chef Site ltd against any losses in connection therewith.

The client will comply with all the provisions of data laws now and future including, data protection act 1998 in relation to all applicants' details and indemnify ChefSite against any losses in connection therewith.


Your vacancy responses will be forwarded into your chefsite.com account (subject to/ if any filtering.) ChefSite does not guarantee that the client will receive any responses to its displayed job vacancies.


The client will comply with all anti-discrimination legislation now and future,  including but not limited to the sex discrimination act 1975, the race relations act 1976, and the disability discrimination act 1995 and the employment equality (age) regulations 2006.The client will indemnify ChefSite ltd against any losses in connection therewith.


The client, if an employment /recruitment agency or an employment business as defined in the conduct of employment agencies and businesses regulations 2003 ("the regulations"), will comply with the provisions of the regulations and the employment agencies act 1973 in relation to all vacancies posted on ChefSite.com, including communications with applicants and management of the applicants and details through ChefSiteltd and indemnify  ChefSite  ltd against any losses in connection therewith.


You will comply now and future, with  all the provisions of the regulations and the employment all legal requirements to provide any risk to the health and safety of any applicant at the location where the work is to be performed, or if the role involves working with vulnerable persons, including without limitation persons under the age of 18 or persons in need of care and attention by reason of old age, infirmity or any other circumstances where any further qualifications/ requirements are requisite. You will indemnify ChefSite ltd against any losses in connection therewith.


The client may use all reasonable endeavours to determine that it will not be detrimental to the interests of the applicant it intends to engage (if any) to work for the client in the vacancy posted.


An event posted on Chef Site will shown on the website from date of posting until the date of the event.


You agree to indemnify ChefSite and keep us indemnified against any costs, losses or expenses incurred or suffered by us as a result of any breach by any of your obligations or warranties under the connection (engagement) The client accepts all responsibility for any detriment which it may suffer or incur in respect of the engagement of an applicant and will hold ChefSite ltd harmless against any losses in connection therewith.

Purchases

You are solely responsible for reading all the content in the client or  third partie full profile item listing, including any instructions or limitations, qualifications, experience and any other content the client provides, before your commitment to purchase. 

You have and read and agree to all Chef Site ltd terms and conditions
The Client agrees to pay chef site ltd the amounts due on or before the dates specified in the case of a quotation

Online payment services will be carried out by paypal. Payment online shall be subject to Paypal terms and conditions
 
 
Unless otherwise stated, by making a commitment to purchase, you are committing to purchase that entity (contact) and enter into a legally binding contract with Chef Site ltd as with our terms you have the authority to bind that agreement to purchase on `submit’ to purchase.

If when you complete an online order form on chef  Site ltd  to order any service/product/enhancement  and issue the order using the `submit’ button Chef Site ltd will conduct to send you an confirmation receipt of your order,

Your order represents an offer to chef site to supply the product/s which you accepted; acceptance by chef site ltd is by the confirmation of that order. There will be no contract for the supply of a product unless and until chef site ltd has issued an acceptance and or vetted for that order/product.

for services paid for online, Chef Site shall issue an payment confirmation to the client. Chef site ltd may suspend any, part or all of the services until such payment is confirmed. In the event however that the client still fails to pay any product within 7 days of a notice to pay (receipt shall be deemed to be 2 working days after the date of such notice), chef site ltd may terminate all the services, term subscriptions and all outstanding invoices will become payable immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, the client will remain liable for payment for all agreed services although such services may have been suspended or terminated.
Once a contract has been formed, Chef site cannot accept any cancellation of any agreed services: No part refunds will be given and the outstanding invoices shall remain payable.

Without prejudice to the foregoing:
subscription services are for a minimum term as displayed in our payment section unless otherwise agreed with Chef Site ltd. In the event of early termination, no refunds will be given, outstanding invoices shall remain payable and any fees in respect of any outstanding minimum term shall become payable, there are no refunds for part or unused credits ( seeing personal details or Relief or advertising or posting) on any or one posting;

Subscription and services will automatically renew for a further minimum term according the same original  fees and duration and are applicable on the date immediately prior to the relevant anniversary date, which means that when your subscription expires you will automatically be renewed on the last day of the subscription term. These repeat at the full price for the same term that you originally purchased, e.g. Monthly, six or twelve months. If our prices change, your renewal costs are fixed at your original signup price, meaning you continue to benefit at that rate for the duration of your individual subscription / service Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. unless either party gives the other written notice to terminate at least 21 days prior to such anniversary. For the avoidance of all doubt clients can avoid having their subscription’s auto-renewed if they contact us at least 21days before their subscription expiration date to terminate their subscription (current service, and/or / enhancements and/or registration and/or listing period expires, (not adverts));

You acknowledge that we are not a traditional on-line recruiter; we are not in any way responsible for a client’s listings or content and are not involved in the actual terms of business between client’s services. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes and methods and systems in place to combat dishonesty, we have no control over and do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of services or postings advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the truth or accuracy of Feedback or other content posted by clients on our sites, the ability of clients, the ability of clients to pay for services, or that client will actually complete a service transaction.
chef site ltd may agree to offer credit and payment terms to the Client with payment not exceeding 14 days.

Overdue balances will be placed on credit hold, this means all products and/or Services will be suspended until the account is brought into balance. Repeat failure to keep to our credit terms may result in the loss of our credit facility, payment will be requested in full.

Your account (credit debit etc. )will be debited with the cost of the product and or services on acceptance unless  chef site notify you otherwise. For any reason if your order is not accepted, you will receive notification advising you of this and your order will be cancelled. Products, quotes  and/or services are only available to for thirty (30) day period  after the issue of the order and/or payment of acceptance. It is your sole responsibility to access and use the product and or services within the specific time limit, if you fail to do so for any reason you will not be entitled to any refund of the payment you have made.
 
Interest shall be due on all overdue payments from the Customer to chef site in accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at the rate of 8% above the base rate as set from time to time by HSBC Bank plc, until such time as payment in full is received. A administration fee of £28 will be charged for any late or dishonoured payments(per incident)

chefsite ltd reserves the right to supply details of non-payment account issues to external credit-referencing agencies and/or financial institutions.


Each purchase and each product and/or service will be visable in you account payment history, paypal and via your payment service,


Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in GB pounds sterling VAT is applicable on application and payable in addition. Clients are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using our sites, services, applications and tools with a valid payment method and or by the payment due date. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes charging other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal counsel and for accounts over 180 days overdue, deducting the amount owed from your PayPal account balance.) You agree that chef site ltd may issue you with invoices in electronic format by email.


We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free posting days) or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the sites or in our applications.


If you do not wish however to continue to use ChefSite.com services you can cancel the automatic billing any time before the 28day payment collection date, allowing at least three (3) working business days for any administrative processing to occur.


If you are a "consumer" as defined in the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations of 2000 and a resident within the EU and if you wish to cancel your subscription, (current service, and/or / enhancements and/or registration and/or listing period expires, (not adverts)) you can find the cancellation details by clicking “under the "Account" link on your personal page (M-cv) ©. In any event we will not provide a refund for any unused amounts of membership fees paid.


You may cancel your payment for the different paid services/ enhancements displayed ChefSite.com  by giving us written notice within seven working days of placing your order. Within 30 days of your notice we will provide a refund. However, this right of cancellation does not apply once you have started or posted to use the relevant services. The access and/or use and/or subscription to these services and contents express the absolute and unconditional acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions in the version published by chefsite.com at the time of the access and/or use and/or subscription.


You may, at any other time and if you have NOT elected to use the services within the seven day cooling off period, terminate your subscription with us by requesting a cancellation of the Service by emailing us at info@chefsite.com

Our understanding of the term "spamming"

You agree that all jobs placed on Chef Site are currently live, visible, accessible and can be successful in application by a job seeker within your recruitment businesses.
You agree to place a one job advert that you have currently live.
You agree that each job advert posting will not be associated with another of exact or similar placement, value, wording or area or of the same employer/businesses.

 

Posting refunds

Chef Site ltd will permit a client to post jobs on chef site .com  in accordance to our terms of use of this site. Each job posting will run for the duration of 30 days per job per posting paid, this can be extended by adding credit to the posting - the job posting will be extended by 30 days for each credit applied.

Chef Site ltd will permit a client to post relief jobs on chef site .com  in accordance to our terms of use of this site.

Each relief job posting will run for the duration to the date of the calendar dates you have supplied, you may select a relief chef by choosing a relief chef and paying the appropriate fee, the fee will become payable immediately before you can see details,  there is only one chef per relief posting, addition relief chefs can be engaged via the payment plans. Contact details regarding any major problems regarding the engagement are detailed in your invoice

All payments are payable through the online merchant system used by chef site ltd. Fees paid for services (job postings, relief chef  or company advertising on chef site . com ) are non-refundable;  our prices may change at any time - Refunds may only be occasionally  offered at the discretion of chef site ltd as by our terms.

If, at any time, your posting is not shown on our site due to technical error on the website, chef site will not be held accountable for any loss or damage as a result of technical error (see chef site terms and conditions) however, in this is the case, chef site will provide the client poster with a free equal posting.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that funds are added to a posting in order to keep the posting valid and posted for the duration of time desired; if 30 days has elapsed and client has not added a credit, then the posting will be removed from the system on the 31st day from the day it was posted.

Any violation of  chef site ltd  terms and conditions will result in the posting(s) being immediately removed without notice.

any billing issues related to the online merchant system can be directed to chef site although; chef site ltd holds no responsibility whatsoever on the function of the online merchant system, all security and processing of accounts through the merchant system are the responsibility of the merchant system, chef site will assist to the best of our ability to make your purchase and business with us as easy as possible.

All payments listed on chef site ltd are listed in UK £ Sterling.

This policy may change at any time at the discretion of chef site ltd, notice may or may not be given to alert customers of any changes.
