Welcome to, We firmly believe is an new and refreshing website and job board, for recruitment, relief service and advertising. But before you get started please read all of the following, we appreciate our terms maybe long, but we do believe in having transparency, some of it is just good old common sense with a lot of dos and don’ts, but it’s to avoid any confusion and your protection and the privileges you have and your obligations in using Chef Site.
    Chef Site ltd, a recruitment job advertising board operates in the hospitality recruitment (chefs) online and associated sectors of the recruitment industry. Chef Site Ltd, is a private limited company is incorporated in England and Wales with registered company number 8683256 and whose registered office is at;

  By using the website ChefSite (including and its related sites, services, applications and tools) you agree to the following terms with Chef Site ltd and its general principles, spirit of conditions for its websites, of that of our subsidiaries and affiliates. If you reside in the U.K. or another country that is a member of the European Union you are: (i) agreeing to the following terms, including those available by hyperlink; and (ii) entering into a contract with Chef Site Ltd. This User Agreement is effective from 31st November 2013 for current users, and upon acceptance for new users. Users of the service do hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that chef site ltd does not make any warranty or guarantee over the quality, timing, integrity, responsibility, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the materials or services offered or delivered by its subscribers, businesses, recruiters, clients or chefs ( members) to their customers.

Your Use, Registration, Application and Subscription

     We firmly believe that is the most unique introduction and advertising concept currently in the hospitality internet recruitment industry incorporating the unique M-cv ©concept. You may register and use for free as a jobseeker* as a work-finding aid.

Chef Site ltd tries to keep its connected sites and services working properly and our clients safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us.

Once you have completed your online registration procedure with and your membership has been 'activated’ you now have entered into a legally binding contract for the provision of this facility. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information including but not restricted to; any multimedia, data ,videos, files,  links , banners,  are free from viruses or other routines or engines that may damage or interfere with any system or data prior to being submitted to this site or its clients. All of your material inc, photos, digital media is blank,  is not or will not be subject to competition and content original in its submission to use on, unless by prior written confirmation by Chef Site ltd.(for doubt we mean original that it is not subject to competition, not part of any other of your profiles (inc Facebook or webpage) not easily locatable on the internet or and has no hidden tag / seo content )

By registering with Chef Site ltd you acknowledge, allow and accept that all content, material, digital media that you post onto is honest and may be searchable throughout our site and the world wide web, that any material you put onto by you could be ranked and be visible in any search engines, be available and posted on our websites, and available to clients of who access it via different web sites from the website. You further acknowledge and accept that other than clients from may also view and communicate with you.

Any of your personal data may or will be held by company filing systems, you consent to the processing and disclosure of such data both inside and, where necessary, outside the European economic area in order for their services to be performed and this agreement to be fulfilled.(see eea)

You agree to provide all particulars that are of their fullest authenticity; that any application and introduction for a job is lawful;
you have the full lawful right to access or work the country in applying to any advert or posting ; you do not infringe any country’s law.

You may not include in your profile, video or pictures (or transmit on to any client) any personal contact information, such but not limited to;  telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.( without Chef Site ltd written confirmation & approval) reveal through the service’s (i.e. but not restricted to, - engagement through  a contract, banner, videos, experience, published material )any information that enables you to be personally identified or contacted other than through the website, 

We do not submit any of your personal introduction contact details until requested by your application or by the client through our payment structure, please read our privacy policy on (personal information) you agree that we may give your contact details (personal information)of; Name, address and telephone number on/at this request, as part of your full profile in order for client services to be performed. 
Your access to the via the “ M-cv” area is an exclusive introduction service, destined to the clients who are registered and active. A client is considered as an active client once he/she has registered via the procedures established on and there is confirmation of the binding agreement by by ` submit’ and/additionally of sending the registration confirmation to the email address supplied by the client during the registration process. 

In the event of the fault by the client regarding their obligations described in this website, chef site shall be entitled to prohibit or deny the access to any of the website, without prejudice of further legal actions that may correspond to chef site as set in our terms.
Some of the services and/or subscription of, accessible to internet clients or exclusive for clients, may have additional particular terms conditions which, in this case, substitute, complete and/or modify the present terms and conditions, all of which will have to be accepted by the client before the service is offered or subscribed to. The access and/or use and/or subscription to these services and contents express the absolute and unconditional acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions in the version published by at the time of the access and/or use and/or subscription. 

We reserve the right to remove  or modify any information supplied by you to this website at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason without being required to give any explanation.

These terms will not at any time be considered to constitute a contract of employment between the jobseeker and or clients and Chef Site ltd 

Chef Site ltd with the limitations established by applicable legislation, shall be entitled to modify, any-time and without prior notice, the form and conditions of the use and/ or subscription of Chef Site ltd and services on the website, as well as the Terms and Conditions and the corresponding Particular Terms and Conditions

Any client will access and use the website according to the present Terms and Conditions, the Particular Terms and Conditions, law, ethics, good faith and/or good practices and spirit of the site, refraining from performing any act which may imply any kind of damages or goodwill to, to Chef Site ltd, and/or the rest of the clients and/or any third party. 

If Chef Site ltd does not enforce any provision of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Chef Site ltd option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and full effect.

These Terms, Privacy Policy and the price lists for subscriptions/services contained on Chef Site constitute the entire agreement and conditions between you and Chef Site ltd and do not narrate to the connection of all other terms or conditions of contract which/that you may accordingly prominence to propose.(i.e.- subsequently provide a contract of employment and/or provide service)

Without limiting other remedies, we may issue you with warnings, limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, restrict, modify or prohibit access to, your activities on, our sites (including, without limitation, removing listings), delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with the account, reduce or eliminate any discounts and take technical and legal steps to keep you off our sites if:

we think that you are creating problems (including, without limitation, by harassing Chef site ltd staff or other Clients or users or by making unreasonable legal threats, anti-social behaviour ) or exposing us or another Chef site clients to financial loss or legal liabilities;

    -  we think that you are infringing the rights of third parties (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights of third parties); 
    -  we think that you are acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of chef site ltd  Agreement or our policies including, without limitation, policies related to, conducting off chef site ltd transactions, feedback manipulation, avoiding temporary or permanent suspensions or Clients who we believe are harassing Chef Site ltd employees or other Clients;
    -  despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us;
    -  you fail to comply with Chef Site ltd protection policy and/or privacy policy
    -  you earn a current feedback positive rating of 2 consecutively.

Additionally, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at Chef Site ltd sole  discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users (who may be repeat) infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Chef Site ltd also reserve the right to limit your activities on our sites, services, applications (including, without limitation, restricting the number of advertisements, postings and service’s that you may list on our sites), if we think that such restrictions will improve the security of chef site ltd and its site, reduce chef site ltd or any other clients user's exposure to financial or other liabilities

You agree not to hold Chef Site ltd responsible for any whatsoever loss you may incur as a result of Chef site ltd taking any of the actions described.

You may only use the Chef Site website for the lawful purposes of seeking an introduction to employment or help with your career, when recruiting staff or advertising. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, pursue to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, scraper, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the site. No derivative works may be created from it nor may any information obtained from it be sold.

When registering through the Chef Site website; as a business or self-/employed entity (relief-Chef) you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity. If you wish to trade as a business, recruit or are self-/employed on the Chef Site website you are required and must comply with all applicable laws, enforcements relating to your business requirements in the UK. . 

You acknowledge and will provide on assignment or introduction proof on request as a relief/chef/jobseeker/employee of your legal id & eligibility; proof of id and your right to live and work in the uk (see also valid id and eligibility to work in the uk,)

We may immediately terminate any of your subscriptions and your access to the service because you have breached any of the Terms and conditions contained herewith, we may send you notice of termination at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If we terminate your services or subscription’s because you have breached these terms we will refund any pre-payments made by you less any reasonable costs and losses we or client has incurred. We can terminate any or adjust this contract at any time with you by giving you reasonable advance written notice. 

Data Protection consent

By agreeing to these terms of use, and all attachments, you acknowledge you have read and understood the terms of our privacy policy and that you agree with it.

With the exception of personal information, which may be protected by applicable data protection law, any communication or material you post or transmit to us over the internet is, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Upon the transmission of any personal information to us, you expressly grant permission to us to disseminate and/or use such information for any lawful purpose as detailed in our privacy policy

Posting or transmitting of any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violation of any law is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor your communications with us whether by mail, voice, fax, e-mail or any other form of transmission for the purposes of quality control, security and other business needs.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to us as a result of this website will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Information Submitted By You:

Chef Site ltd may use the information supplied by you (including, without limitation, sensitive and personal data) to help in the overall recruitment processes and associated administrative functions. This may involve amongst other things, processing and the storing information and passing or making available online such information to potential employers and clients; information about posting, vacancies and placements will maybe be passed onto select third parties and maybe posted directly onto our websites or third-party sites (like social media like our YouTube page). We may use third parties to help us process your information as part of the overall recruitment processes. We may collect and amass data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with an overall helpful & better service. We may also share the aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. You consent to us using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.

You are able by logging into your "M-cv" © Profile and updating the relevant options to select whether you wish for your CV, video and page content to be available to and/or third party recruitment agencies etc. and also by the searchable CV database facility. This is your option and if selected you may hide your private details from view and our searchable database at any time

Third-party policy

 All Third Party clients (for example, recruitment agencies, business) have to agree to our Terms and Conditions (or prior written consent to change) should they/ you be found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions, of such they maybe be prevented from using our services.
We may process any data which you provide in completing any online registration, application forms, attachments, videos digital media, links banners and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We may keep jobseekers, businesses, agents and clients advised of any promotions by Chef Site ltd  and/ or third parties of offers  that Chef site ltd feel they may be interested in.  

Third-party companies may collect and use information about your visits to Chef Site ltd and other websites you visit in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Rights of third parties

For the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 this Agreement is not intended to and does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions. 

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply.

Personal privacy and protection of member data

At Chef Site ltd we like to think we maintain the strictest of standards with respect to the protection of privacy and of personal information, as such Chef Site ltd has made a notification to the UK information commissioner, under the no. A1021049  Please see our privacy policy for full details on how we store and use the information you provide to us. 

Chef site ltd with integrated technical support, terms and conditions takes your confidentiality very seriously and will endeavour to treat and keep confidential the entire client’s information they have access to. Chef Site will not use it, divulge it or allow it to be used or divulged by unauthorized third parties without our terms & permission. This confidentiality obligation subsists even after Chef Site ltd employees may have finished their working relationship with us.

Availability is offered through and accessible through a number of other websites, chef site ltd is not responsible for; 
 The availability of/or communication between yourself and other clients of any of the services; 
 The availability of/or the details of other clients of the Service/s to you;  
 The availability of/or any client to you;
 The availability of/or your details to other clients of the service/s to you.


Transfer outside the EEA:
    Personal information comprising of all your information on your profile, including your CV, Video, photos, your supplied information, banners, digital media and any further forms of submitted and transported media may be accessed through the database by third parties outside the Economic European Area ("EEA"). This could happen for instance if you apply for a vacancy where the employer is based outside the EEA. By registering and using the Chef site .com website, you consent to this transfer.


Although we use techniques that aim to verify the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided by our clients and users, client’s user verification on the internet is generally difficult. Chef Site ltd cannot and does not confirm, and is not responsible for ensuring, the accuracy or truthfulness of clients and users' purported identities or the validity of the information which they provide to us or post on our sites.

It is the client’s sole responsibility to comply, satisfy yourself, authenticate and ascertain that any information submitted to you is truthful and obligate to all your legal obligations as a recruiter as also defined in “Your Use of and Content Posted on the Site”. The client is responsible for verifying the applicant's identity, eligibility to work, experience, training, qualifications (and/or authorisations required by law or by any relevant professional body in respect of the vacancy on submission) required by the client, through the applicants and/or relief content responses from the ChefSites M-cv profiling. Chef Site ltd accepts no responsibility without limitation whatsoever; you indemnify Chef Site of any obligations.

By placing an advert or using any paid facility you agree to confirmed validation of its content and/or your profile and agree to all the terms can be included through placing an advert, 

No agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this User Agreement.
Responsibility exemption

Chef Site ltd does not ensure the continuous, reliable, permanent operation of the website, without a delay or interruption; therefore, chef site ltd is not responsible for any damage and/or harm and/or loss of profit these may cause for the client or a third party. 

Security - fraudulent use and passwords:

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify Chef Site ltd immediately and we will investigate.

In order to register with chef site and to sign in securely when you visit, you will need to use a secure contact email address and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password. You agree to keep your username and password ("Login") confidential at all times, take all reasonable steps to prevent others from obtaining your login and inform us at your earliest opportunity if you believe your login has been breached and/or is being misused by someone else. We have the right to disable your login at any time if in our opinion you have failed to adhere with the requirements of these terms.

You are responsible for all fees relating to all activities conducted using your login, up till the time that you notify us of the unauthorised use of your Login. 

You are responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties who may use your identification information or account, whether fraudulent or not. You agree to indemnify us against any claims of this kind (for the avoidance of all doubt; Chef Site ltd shall not be liable if your identity is used by someone else).
If you feel or suspect that there has been a breach (of any kind) of your account and/or the information displayed on your profile then you must immediately notify us. 

Passwords can be modified by any of the clients upon request. In the event that such modification derives from an appropriate application through chef site ltd and may well be confirmed email of the client, the date of deactivation and substitution of the access code for a new one will be notified to the client.

In the unfortunate event of any claim that your payment card has been used without your express permission or any other such fraudulent use of payment cards, we will assist your bank and police authorities with any relevant investigations including providing them with all the details used to register associated profiles, card authentication and any communications through or related to the site either with Chef Site ltd or other Clients.

False and fraudulent use of claims however may result in you being added to a card blacklist which will affect your future card purchases. Denying a purchase that you have made as illegal may result in legal action toward you, which can lead to prosecution, fines and weakening of your credit rating. 

Your use of and content posted on the website

Clients are urged to notify ChefSite of any inappropriate member content, you acknowledge that such notification may take place and that we may take steps outlined in this agreement in respect of such information which comes to our attention, you will keep all information provided to you through the service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone

When forming a client service, you are under the obligation to supply truthful information, assuming to these effects all the damages and consequences of any kind that the untruthfulness of any information provided can cause, directly and/or indirectly, to chef site ltd, website and/or to any third party, at any time, for any reason, and by any means. 

You are solely responsible for the Content that you place, upload, create, send, post, publish or display on or transmit to other reciprocal. Chef site ltd will not be responsible, or liable or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of the Content posted by you on Chef   Chef site ltd will fully cooperate with all legal authorities (Inc. police) and reserve the right to disclose your identity additionally any third party who claims that any content posted by you on chef Site constitutes a violation of their Intellectual Property Rights, or of their right to privacy.

All Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of Chef & Chef Site ltd, including but not restricted to; collecting personal pages and or its M-cv © platform, any  website content,  usernames and/or email addresses of chef site clients  by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited actions and/or unauthorized framing of/or linking to the 

Chef Site will be investigate and appropriate enforced legal action will be taken at our sole discretion, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive actions.

You shall not make comments, broadcast or publish in any form whatsoever about any member content or any other content that infringes the rights of others or third parties, or that is defamatory, injurious, obscene, offensive, violent , cause upset or can/does incite violence, or is any way shape or form racist or xenophobic, in general; not to make any comment (whether in writing or verbally) that is contrary to the purpose of any of chef site’s current terms and conditions, rules and laws in force or acceptable to norms and standards.

By posting content to any visible public area of the chef, (i.e. but not restricted to, - banner, videos, experience, published material )you automatically approve and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, disclose and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or include into other works, such information and content and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the foregoing for all purpose connected to operating and promoting chef and chef site ltd and its full service. All such information as granted by you. 

When providing chef site with content (i.e. but not restricted to, - banner, videos, experience, published material) or posting content on Chef Site services, applications or tools, you grant us :- non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademarks, database rights and intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. In addition, you waive all moral rights you have in the content, you grant is exclusive and original content for chef and chef site ltd  (business clients, only by written agreement by ) Additionally any information you provide on chef site is not subject to any; competition, or personally supported, or perceptible. 

We are entitled but not obliged to review and delete any content submitted by you, such examples- video, profiles, messages, photos, registration, application, forms, attachments, digital media, links, banners and any further forms, that in our sole judgment violate these terms & conditions or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other clients or the spirit of or its conditions. 

Photographs, videos and other information in terms of data or files supplied must refer exclusively to the client or to a third party from whom the client has expressly obtained their consent and is the sole responsibility of the client concerned.
You agree not to use the services for junk mail, spam and/or pyramid and/or similar and/or fraudulent schemes. provide email addresses to us of other persons or publish or send any member content referring to other persons without having obtained their prior consent;
consequently, You waive all recourse against ChefSite &, notably on the basis of any possible damage to the clients right to his/her/there image, the client's honour and reputation, or the client's privacy, resulting from the distribution or revelation of information concerning the member under the conditions foreseen in and by this agreement since the client has given there prior, free and express consent to such revelation through his/her/there registering with the service and in application of this agreement.

ChefSite reserve the right not to accept or to suspend or remove from our services (i.e. but not restricted to, - banner, videos, experience, published material ) all or part of any profile, personal ad or any other clients content for any reason Chef Site ltd deems fit.
ChefSite is not liable for any client content or other activities of clients which may breach the rights of other client or users or third parties.
you will not use a third-party application such as a mobile smart phone application, social media or other web page widget, or any other such mobile, social media, web, or desktop application to access the service, except where such application is either provided by/or endorsed by Chef Site ltd. Such restriction shall not apply to a browser application which merely displays the pages of the service in their entirety without modification or reformulation of content.

Whilst using and any of its applications, services, engaging of contract and associated content you agree;

  You will Not post, list or upload content or items or transmit in any manner any contact information( including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, urls, job adverts, job places, or full names through your publicly posted information.); in inappropriate categories or areas on You will not post submit easily accessible material ( like your name, contact info, email, a contact, a picture, that is easily accessible and/or recognised on the web)  without Chef site ltd written agreement;  
 You will not use the client engagement or any Chef Site service’s to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services;
 Not post content material in commercial activities and/or sales without Chef Site ltd prior written full consent or our payment terms (such as competitions and advertising);
 To legally use ChefSite services, applications or tools( ( you are not able to form legally binding contract/s (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using Chef Site ltd or our sites, services, applications or tools) 
 Not reveal the identity or any personal details of any client/user/ of website or any  associated without that users written permission in hand;
 You will not solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from/or for other clients; 
 Not to display, publish, copy, print, post, modify or otherwise use and the information contained therein for the benefit of any third party, (i.e. rival, competition, business) or any web site without Chef site ltd prior written consent;
 Not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content, contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
  Not to promote any information that is know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
 Not manipulate or renegotiate the price of any- service (including the engagement of work)  and/or any article and/or to impede with any other clients postings;

Chefsite has no responsibility for any harm and/or damage and/or losses of profit of the client or of a third party who is damaged by the opinions, representations, data and/or content that, in this case, can be emitted directly or indirectly the clients and/or third parties for any reason, any time and any by any mean on the website.

Although we cannot fully monitor the conduct of our clients off & Chef Site ltd, it is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from In order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, offer `out of ChefSite contract services’ or sell to any client or give a client’s personal information without their prior explicit consent.  Those that have not provided full or accurate contact or company information. 
 Those that ChefSite considers to be acting inappropriately or illegally. 
 Not fulfilled their obligations or terms.

We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time, additionally to modify or discontinue chefsite, services, applications or tools.

In the event that ChefSite is aware, by any means, directly or indirectly, of the existence of contents that may infringe on the current laws or these Terms and Conditions and/or the applicable Particular Terms and Conditions, or of the unlawful, unauthorised or fraudulent use, ChefSite is entitled to suspend the services, totally or partially, without the client’s prior authorisation, by eliminating the infringing contents or taking any other measures considered necessary to disallow the continuity in the infringement detected.

Without impairment of the previous points, chefsite shall be entitled to communicate to the legal enforcements, governmental or justice authorities the acts that may constitute an illegal activity, without notification to the user/client.


We shall send notices to you by the email address you provide to Chef Site ltd during your registration process. Notice to you will be deemed served 24 hours after the email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. We may also give legal notice’s by registered mail and/or confirmed email to the address provided during the registration process. Legal notices sent to either address shall be considered to have been received by you three days after the date of mailing.

Restricting funds 

To protect client’s against the risk of liability, Chef Site ltd may continue to request, that PayPal restrict access to funds in a client’s PayPal account based on certain factors, including, but not limited to, history, riskiness of the listing category, the filing of an Chef Site service and/or contact Protection or, failed/ unsatisfactory or aborted engagements. This may result in PayPal determining to restrict funds in your PayPal account in order to manage PayPal's risk exposure pursuant to PayPal policies.

We strongly encourage clients to work together with Chefsite if a dispute arises. You are solely responsible for your interactions for any additional terms of business, transactions with our, other clients or service. We reserve the right and your agreement,( but have no obligation) to monitor and record any disputes or mediation we see fit between you and others for the benefit of safety, training and for reference in law. 

If a dispute or complaint arises between our service/s, you or another client, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to hopefully seek a resolution via mediation. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute as an alternative to litigation to try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any complaint, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with our terms and agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales and non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 Interruption of the services due to the inability of access to the broadband support.
 Interruption of the services due to an incorrect use or their inadequacy.
 Interruption of the services due to the faults in the electrical power supply to the equipment and devices used by the client to access the services.
 Discontinuity in the service caused by the introduction from the client and/or any third parties of hardware or software components that cause a defective operation of the technical systems or that are incompatible with the elements of the system 
 Governmental or legal resolutions.
 Harm and/or damages that cannot be attributed solely, directly nor exclusively to Chef Site ltd.
 Harm and/or damages, of any kind, arising from client and/or a third parties fault.
 Harm and/or damages caused directly or indirectly to the client and/or to any third parties by not directly causes attributable to Chef Site ltd. 
 Loss of quality of the service or connection capacity, or causes not directly attributable to Chef Site ltd.
 Loss of profit for the client and/or any third parties.
 The unpredictable events, as well as the force majeure cases, official measures, errors in the telecommunications connections not directly attributable to Chef Site ltd, further, will exempt Chef Site ltd from providing services while the unpredictable events, etc.

ChefSite (including our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us

The Client must have the skills, hardware and software required to use the internet or, as appropriate, internet, telephone and audited services, and acknowledges that the characteristics and constraints of the internet mean that the security, availability and integrity of internet data transmissions cannot be guaranteed.

We do not guarantee that the services will be usable if the Clients internet service provider is unable to provide its services properly. in this context, we cannot be held responsible for the non-functioning, unavailability or adverse conditions of usage of the website resulting from incorrect hardware, problems experienced by the clients internet service provider or blockages on the internet networks or for all other reasons outside our sphere of influence, or due amongst other things to the specifics of their internet browser, we therefore do not guarantee that the services shall function without interruption or error. ChefSite Protection policy, - At total discretion of Chef Site ltd

You hereby agree to Chef Site ltd and its protection policy, this policy is at chef site ltd absolute discretion, if you grant us if you further proceed with any legal action you agree to indemnify Chef Site ltd against any losses in connection therewith, and agree to all the terms in this contract and terms, 

If Chef Site ltd at its own discretion feels that a resolved in a client’s dispute was in the Clients favour, we may:

Remove funds from your PayPal account to reimburse the client for the cost of the listing and or the cost of a full 8 hr day by there fee structure in accordance with the clients authorisation provided to us under this User Agreement; or

If there are insufficient funds in your PayPal account or where PayPal is not the reimbursement method, You agree to refund directly the refund to the Client for the cost of the offended listing, or we reserve the right at our discretion, to refund to the client for the cost of the listing service, in this case, you must reimburse us in full, and in a timely manner, for an amount equivalent to the sum we paid to the client.

We require Clients to accept and comply with the requirements of Chef Site ltd and its protection policy. Protection applies only to a service/s in accordance with Chef Site ltd terms and conditions, We offer a Client Protection policy on fraudulence, fraud, or un-compliance by a client to our terms, Chef Site ltd will support to our fullest integrity and capability on any duplicitous and will fully engage/act accordingly in the  process incorporating PayPal policy’s and if necessary any broken legal obligations or representations. 

Protection will not apply where the client has initiated another form of resolution processing, including credit card chargebacks or PayPal Buyer Protection, where applicable we may suspend the protection policy without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the policy and our terms. You accept and permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any contact and or service that is filed with chef site ltd under the Protection policy and agree to the following:

authorise and instruct us and PayPal to collect or reverse variable amounts from your PayPal account to carry out a client reimbursement;
    authorise and instruct us to request PayPal to collect or reverse variable amounts in other currency holdings (representing payments related to eligible contact) from your PayPal account to carry out a client reimbursement where you do not have sufficient funds available in the transaction currency;

You agree to authorise and instruct us to request PayPal to restrict your access to funds (the restriction will apply up to a sum equivalent to the cost of the advert/s history) in your PayPal account at any point during the resolution and protection process. (This may result in PayPal determining to restrict funds in your PayPal account in order to manage PayPal's risk exposure pursuant to PayPal policies.); and authorise and instruct us to charge the payment method you select to recover the amount we pay to the buyer (in cases where we refund the buyer directly).

You acknowledge and agree that your authorisations above will be made on a recurring basis and on various dates as required by us to implement the terms of the ChefSite protection policy.

For accrued / outstanding claims of an offender, where we resolve a dispute, we will notify the client and continue to charge the offenders preferred method of reimbursement. If the offender does not provide chef site ltd with a valid reimbursement method, we may collect the outstanding sums using other collection mechanisms, including retaining collection agencies. We may also suspend or restrict the offenders use on our sites and using our services, applications and tools until payment is made.

Without limiting the foregoing, alleged offenders may not have to pay reimbursement for a client’s service and/or advertisement if they provide the documentation (for example, service/delivery confirmation or proof that the service was as described)

At ChefSite’s discretion, an amendment to this User Agreement may be signed by electronic signature.

Except as set out above, this User Agreement may not be altered by us or by you unless we both agree in writing hand signed by you and us. For the purposes of this provision, "in writing" does not include an email message and "hand signed" does not include an electronic signature.

The User Agreement (including incorporated polices and rules) is the entire agreement between the parties the following Sections survive in any termination of this User Agreement: Fees (with respect to fees owed for our services), Content, Liability, Release, Compensation and any Legal disputes.
